In the countryside of the province of Bologna, amongst irrigation canals and fields that stretch as far as the eye can see, a country cottage reveals the design and technology solutions within its walls.
Designer chandeliers, large plasma televisions, frosted glass doors and a floor on the first floor of the house made entirely of glass that allows you to see into the room on the lower floor. A prestigious home with attention to detail, able to combine a classic soul with contemporary solutions under the same roof.
For this particular home, the owners chose the By-me home automation system to manage their electrical system: from the security system to comfort, from energy savings to communications and, finally, video intercoms. A mixed system, yet easy to use, comprehensive and intuitive, becoming involved in the daily routines and in the lives of those who inhabit the house. A system in which each device is perfectly coordinated with a common aesthetic theme: the Vimar Eikon series in fact adorns the buttons and controls, sockets and presence detectors, thermostats and home automation control unit. The sleek and rigorous design of the "Classic" plaques is accompanied by charcoal grey buttons which contribute not only to management, but also to furnishing the home.
